Welcome to MI:seum! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MI:seum.

MI:seum operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

  • MI:seum is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with MI:seum. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from claims related to transactions.

  • We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We comply with Singapore’s PDPA regarding consent, collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data.

10. Feedback

  • By submitting Feedback (ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, or other content), you grant MI:seum a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback.

  • You represent that you own the Feedback and have all necessary rights. Feedback must not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

  • We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders may be canceled or updated if information is inaccurate.

  • You agree to indemnify MI:seum, Shopify, and affiliates from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, violations of law, or misuse of Services.

  • Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.

20. Governing Law

  • You and MI:seum submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
